I've spent over 10 years working in technology recruitment, building long-term relationships with clients and helping businesses find the people they need to grow.

Over that time, I've worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from growing startups to established organisations, supporting them with everything from individual specialist hires to building out entire teams.

I've always taken a relationship-led approach to recruitment. I enjoy getting to know the people and businesses I work with, understanding what makes them tick and becoming someone they can genuinely rely on when they need support.

For me, recruitment has always been about doing a good job, being straightforward to work with and building relationships that last. It's an approach I've stuck to throughout my career and one that I want to continue building on at BUILTIN Talent.

I have nearly five years’ experience recruiting across energy, technology, sales and finance, supporting businesses from startups and SMEs to international organisations. My main focus is renewable energy, helping companies find the people they need to grow and contribute to the energy transition.

Every search starts with understanding the business: where it wants to go, what is holding it back and how the right hire can help. I work closely with clients to understand those needs and offer straightforward advice throughout the process.

I particularly enjoy finding people for roles that have proved difficult to fill. Each vacancy gets a committed search, drawing on targeted outreach, advertising and my networks to reach the right candidates. Honesty, transparency and regular communication underpin how I work.
